This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of the QBO Invoicer
application (“Application”), which connects to the QuickBooks Online API for the
purpose of retrieving and sending invoices on behalf of the owner’s business.
1. Internal Use Only
The Application is developed and operated solely for the internal business use of its
owner. It is not offered to the public, distributed to third parties, or made available
as a commercial product or service. Access is restricted to authorized personnel of the
owning business only.
2. QuickBooks Online API Usage
The Application accesses the Intuit QuickBooks Online API solely to retrieve invoice
data and customer information belonging to the owning business’s QuickBooks company.
No QuickBooks data belonging to any third party is accessed, stored, or processed.
All use of the Intuit API complies with Intuit’s API License Agreement and Developer
Terms of Service.
3. Data Handling
All data retrieved from QuickBooks Online — including invoice records, customer names,
and email addresses — is used exclusively to send invoices on behalf of the owning
business. Data is stored locally on the business’s own infrastructure. No data is
shared with, sold to, or accessible by any third parties.
4. No Public Distribution
This Application is not licensed for resale, sublicensing, or redistribution in any
form. It may not be made available to any party outside of the owning business without
prior written consent of the owner.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Application is provided “as is” for internal use. The owner makes no warranties,
express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted
operation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner of this Application shall not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from its use.
